How to choose the right size?
We cut pretty much like other brands on the market. So take your usual size from us. You have a good chance of making the right choice. If you usually do S in other brands, take an S from us.
However, if you want to check your choice, consult our size guide. There you will find the main measurements of our clothing.
The table gives, for each size, the main measurements of the garment. How to use this table?
Take a piece of clothing from your wardrobe of the same type as the one you want to order and measure it. Look in the table for the size whose measurements are closest to those of your garment. If you are exactly between two sizes, choose the larger one.
Do our products shrink when washed?
No, because the fabric with which they were made has been washed beforehand. On the sales page of each product you will find the maximum temperature at which the product can be washed. Please take this into account when washing.
How do we know the composition of the fabrics in which our products are made?
For each product, the composition of the fabric used is indicated.
What are the payment options available ?
To pay for your purchases on the site, you can use either your Paypal account or your bank card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, etc.). All your payments are secure .
We also offer the possibility of paying in 3 or 4 installments without fees , with no minimum purchase, thanks to our partner Alma.
Please note that all transactions are made in euros.
How do I view or receive my invoice?
Once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation email in which you simply click on “Download your order”.
Is my payment secure?
Payment is 100% secure.
When you pay, a padlock appears in the URL bar, indicating that your connection is completely secure.
Depending on the bank card used, your bank may ask you for verification by 3D secure.
What is payment in 3 or 4 installments without fees?
With no minimum purchase, you can pay for your order in 3 or 4 interest-free installments over a period of 3 to 4 months using the Alma payment platform.
What are the conditions to benefit from it?
There is no minimum amount required for the basket.
Accepted cards are those issued in France, Belgium, Germany and Spain, such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
However, prepaid, virtual and systematic authorization cards cannot be accepted.
The bank card must have a validity date of at least 3 or 4 months in order to ensure payments.
Is payment in installments with Alma secure?
Yes, payments via Alma are secure.
Alma systematically carries out a 3D Secure verification to confirm that you are the owner of the card used. Your bank then sends you a confirmation SMS or a push notification in your banking application, to confirm that you initiated this operation and that it is not fraudulent.
Can I cancel or modify an order?
To ensure fast delivery, once the order has been validated, it is no longer possible to cancel or modify it.
However, if you no longer wish to keep your order, you can make a return by requesting a label via our returns form (provided your delivery country allows it). Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Please do not hesitate to contact us before shipping if you wish to modify your order.
My product is unavailable, how do I know if it will be online again?
Our collections are designed in limited editions to guarantee exclusivity and originality. Therefore, once a product is sold out, it will generally not be restocked. We encourage you to discover our other available models to find unique pieces that will seduce you. We thank you for your understanding and interest in our brand.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship items to the address you provided when ordering. Please ensure the mail carrier can drop the package in your mailbox or hand it over to a security guard.
Average times observed:
- Metropolitan France : delivery within 5 to 8 working days from dispatch.
- International : delivery times vary depending on the country, generally between 5 and 10 working days .
Delivery costs:
- France : delivery is free for purchases over €200 .
- International : Fees are calculated at checkout based on country and order weight.

How do I track my package?
As soon as the package is sent, you will receive an email informing you that the shipment has been made and giving you the tracking number of your package. You can track your order using this tracking number via this page: Colissimo Tracking .
My package is slow to arrive, what should I do?
If, despite your search, you have not heard anything about your package, please contact us via our contact form.
How to make a return?
You have 14 working days after receiving your order (according to the date indicated in your tracking) to register a return and ship your package.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges .
If you would like a different size or color, we invite you to place a new order, then return the item that does not fit.
Returns France
To simplify your process, a secure return portal is available to you.
You can download a label to stick on your return package.
Make a return
A Mondial Relay label will be generated for you after paying a fixed fee of €3. This fixed fee you will be asked to generate the label.
Returns outside France
Please contact us via our contact form to report your return.
International returns are your responsibility .
What is the repayment period?
After receipt and validation of the returned items, the refund is made within 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email at that time.
Once the transfer has been made, the time it takes to arrive in your account varies depending on the banking establishment.
For what reasons can a return be refused?
All late returns, without a label or with items sent in poor condition may be refused.
Orders presenting charges to be paid upon receipt of the package will be systematically refused.
What should I do if I receive a non-compliant product?
We pay the greatest attention to the quality of our products.
If you have a problem with an item or the delivery of one of our products, you can contact us via the contact form.
Upon receipt of the item, we will process a refund or exchange as soon as possible.
What are the return conditions?
Important recommendation regarding the condition of returned products: these products must, for us to accept them, be in impeccable condition, without having been worn, soiled, washed or retouched. Consequently, returns of soiled or damaged clothing will be refused and returned at your expense.
