FAQs
Payment 3 or 4 times without fees
You can pay for your order in 3 or 4 interest-free installments, with no minimum purchase, through the Alma platform. Payment is automatically spread over 3 to 4 months.
Free delivery in France from €200
Delivery is free for orders over €200. For any order under this amount, a flat-rate fee of €5 applies – regardless of the number of items purchased.
Easy returns within 14 days
You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return. Requests must be made through our secure returns portal. A Mondial Relay label will be generated for you after paying a €3 fee.
